Tropical Sunset
Every once in a while I get a nice BIG one! This is 5.5’ wide and 8’ high. It will cover one whole wall in a bathroom. The vanity will go in front of where the white space is, and there will be a toilet in front of the left side of the wall.
Antique print
This little tile job just went home. It is based on an antique Japanese woodblock print from the client’s collection. It’s on 6'“ x 6” almond tile, done with china paint.
Northwest Treks show
I’m having a show of my paintings that opens November 6. It’s at Brace Point Pottery, which is owned by my friend Loren Lukens. Showing with my paintings will be wood carvings by another friend, Kurt Johnson. Loren and Kurt and I have been hiking and camping together for over 35 years.
New Snow on The Tooth
About two weeks ago, I hiked up Denny Creek to Melakwa Lake. It was a perfect fall day, and it had snowed just a bit the night before. On the way up, I passed a peak called The Tooth.
